You will receive an email with the announcement

On the day of the meeting, you will receive a second email with the access link.

You can enter the meeting by clicking on the "Enter the meeting" button (the meeting may be protected with two-factor authentication).

You will need to accept audio, video and location permissions.
During the meeting you will be able to vote, request the floor and speak, send messages to the administrator, view the number of attendees…

At the end of the meeting you will find a summary of the event and you can download a confirmation of your vote.

You can make an appointment on the relevant website

You will receive an email giving you access to your user panel where you will be able to reschedule or cancel the appointment, and upload the required documents.

The officer/manager and the citizen/customer will be able to have a two-way communication via e-mail.

On the day of the appointment, you will receive an email with the access link and you will be able to connect to the appointment.

During the meeting you must accept the permissions indicated by the officer/manager and/or upload the necessary documents.

Once you have completed the procedure, you will be able to see a summary of the meeting and the actions taken.
