About the position

Councibox is looking for an Account Executive in Spain who is responsible for customer adoption and growth within a territory. We need an experienced salesperson who has a consultative sales approach, a successful track record growing and onboarding clients with polished presentation skills. 

Our sales team works to ensure that our customers are maximizing the value they are receiving from our products and services. We believe in doing whatever it takes to make our customers successful. 

You will ultimately be responsible for your own success within your territory, ensuring incremental growth in monthly recurring revenue, new logo acquisition and customer retention, whilst providing the best sales experience possible for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Development and follow-up of your prospects and clients portfolio in your territory (governments and public organisations, legal departments in  corporations and partners) via phone, e-mail, sales tools, social network and face-to-face meetings.
• Managing new business, upsells, cross-sells and renewals, and handling them all through the sales process, until the closing.
• Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities and selling new products into existing accounts
• Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow ups.
• Demonstrating the value of our client to prospects, remotely or face-to face, and with a large public.
• Managing and tracking customer information, activities, pipeline metrics and accurate forecasts in Salesforce.
• Negotiating with senior legal executives.
• Helping elaborate the sales strategy in terms of acquisition, upsells and retention, under the supervision of the Head of Sales.

Requirements

• Previous experience in B2B sales, SaaS, in the Legal or LegalTech field, preferably selling to either governments/public sector, leading law firms/institutions or legal departments within large corporations.
• Relevant experience working with and having knowledge of technologies that can be applied to LegalTech such as blockchain, AI, digital signature, electronic identification and workflow processes would be desirable.
• Experience with CRM tools.
• Spanish (Native), Fluent (Business level) English language capability – written and spoken.

Growth Hacker / Lead Generation specialist

Councilbox is looking for a Growth Hacker and Lead Generation Specialist that will have next core responsibilities.

• Define the best outbound strategy to address different types of Public Administrations and B2B targets in Spain and abroad (mainly Europe and LATAM).
• Put in place the tools to build an efficient lead generation machine.
• Identify and manage key data sources to implement a successful lead generation strategy.
• Detailed implementation of campaigns: media, databases, buyer persona and stakeholders, copies, tests A/B, automation, etc.
• Continuous optimization of marketing and sales materials that support the actions, considering USPs per target and segment, customer feedback and results of outbound actions.
• Deploy a comprehensive dashboard oriented to take decisions.
• Identify key improvements in value proposition and marketing mix to grow in the market.
• Work closely to sales teams and partners to support them, learn from their inputs and convert them into high impact actions to grow.
• Contribute to identify new market opportunities.

Legal Technologist

Councilbox is looking for a Senior Legal Technologist to create a Legal Technology Team. The individual will have a hybrid role:

1. You will be responsible for the legal aspects of the company: drafting and reviewing contracts with clients, partners, employees… providing legal advice on our business matters such as patents, regulatory measures, taxation, and intellectual property rights.
2. You will support the operational deployment of legal tech at Councilbox across all our products: corporate meetings, virtual citizen services and any other new POC or product that is defined. This position will also be responsible for the governance and legal definition of those products working closely with product, tech and marketing teams in order to ensure that the legal security of the product is based on the existing legal framework and to stay ahead of the industry evolution.
3. Promoting our brand and product in key Law Firms and other influencers.
4. Scope; Spain and key international markets.

• Experience in managing risks and maintaining governance over the use and integration of new legal tech concepts in the product innovation cycle.

You will be responsible for planning and implementing powerful marketing activities in Spain and in the future internationally. In addition, you will take over the management of projects or task areas. You are a doer, entrepreneur, and passionate marketeer with the ability to convince others of your ideas. Your actions influence the daily business process and require short-term coordination with other departments.

Strategic and conceptual thinking plays an important part in this role. Key responsibility is to analyze the competition and various customers, define the buyer persona and create a brand that our customers will continuously fall in love with. • Preparation and execution of a marketing and communication campaigns for suitable target groups

• Representing the partner ecosystem and their needs across the Marketing organization
• Designing and managing how our partner ecosystem is represented across our website, content, and more
• Working directly with partners and internal stakeholders to plan and execute co-marketing campaigns that drive demand, partner referrals, and excitement among customers
• Designing and creating a Partner Marketing toolkit to enable our partners to showcase our product and brand
